Casual and full time store positions
- Bring a printed copy of your résumé to the store(s) you wish to apply for and ask to speak to the manager in charge. Most store managers work Tuesday to Saturday.
- Be sure to put your availability (list the days and times you are available to work) on the résumé.
- Make a good first impression. Our team is all about fashion, fun and service! Show us who you are when you come in with your résumé to demonstrate to the store manager that you are a great fit for our team.
Full time store positions advertised online

CASUAL STORE POSITIONS

Group interviews (New stores and Xmas casuals only)
We invite successful applicants to a group interview when we are recruiting multiple roles at a time. You’ll be asked to participate in activities with other applicants so we can see how you work in a team environment. We will call you to let you know the outcome.
If you are successful, we will ask you to come in for a paid trial in a store.
Individual interviews
When recruiting for 1-2 roles, we invite successful applicants to an individual interview. You’ll be asked questions relating to the role, your employment history and your work preferences and style. The purpose is to learn more about you and what you can bring to the role. We will call you after to let you know the outcome. If you are successful, we will ask you to come in for a paid trial in a store.

- Do your homework before you meet with us. Review the job ad to make sure you understand the role and re-read your application to remember what you’ve told us about yourself so far.
- Dress to express yourself. If you’ve applied for a role with us, chances are you have an interest in fashion so dress in your own style. Our team members favour casual looks that are neat and presentable if that helps you pick your outfit.

Trials in-store
The final interview stage is a paid, 3-hour trial in store. The store manager will introduce you to the team and make sure are comfortable in store. You will be given an overview of the brands we carry and of the store layout. Once you find your feet we will give you some space on the on the shop floor. This is your opportunity to show us how you interact with customers and work with our team members, so don’t be shy! We don’t expect you to know everything but we do expect you to try your best, ask questions, put feedback into practice and work with the team to give customers a positive experience.
Before you come in for your trial, we will need you to register your details with Payroll so we can arrange payment. You will be asked to provide your:
- Contact details (email, phone number, address)
- Tax File Number
- Bank Account details
- Superannuation details if you have a preferred super account
- Visa status / VEVO check (if applicable)
- Copy of your passport as proof of ID and age.
After your trial, the store manager will call you to let you know whether you’ve been successful in securing a role or not. If you are a great fit for the role and our team, we will contact your references before making a final decision. Not everyone will be successful the first time they apply and we want you to know how much we appreciate your time and your effort. We have many long-term team members who have applied more than once!
FULL TIME STORE POSITIONS

Trials in our Distribution Centre
The final interview stage is a paid, 3 to 4-hour trial in our Distribution Centre. You’ll be paired up with a buddy who will show you around and take you through the basics of what day-to-day work is required in our Distribution Centre. Depending on what the team are focusing on the day of your trial, you could be asked to help with fulfilling online orders, unpacking deliveries from our suppliers, packing deliveries or replenishing stock for our stores.
Before you come in for your trial, we will need you to register your details with Payroll so we can arrange payment. You will be asked to provide your:

After your trial, our Logistics Manager will discuss the trial with you. This is your opportunity to let us know if you think we’re the right fit for you and vice versa. If you are successful, you’ll be offered a role on the spot and we’ll send you a letter of offer to confirm our offer. Not everyone will be successful the first time they apply and we want you to know how much we appreciate your time and your effort. We have many long-term team members who have applied more than once!

What happens after the interview?
- We will be in touch to let you know whether your application will progress or provide feedback on your interview if you were unsuccessful. We interview a number of applicants so please be patient while we finish all interviews before we contact you with an update.
- You may be invited back for further interviews to meet key team members or sit practical interviews to show you have the required skills for a specialised role. We will call you after any follow up interviews to update you about your application progress.

Do you offer work experience or internships?
We do not offer work experience or internships in our stores or office.
Do you have a graduate program?
We do not offer a graduate program. Any entry-level Career Opportunities will be listed online.
What is the minimum age you accept?
The minimum, legal working age varies in each state, please visit the Fairwork Australia website to check if you’re eligible to work in your state.
Who do I list as my referees if this is my first job application?
We are happy for you to list two personal referees if you don’t have professional referees yet. A personal referee can be your sports coach, course coordinator, or volunteer coordinator. Seek referees who have seen how you interact in a team environment.
What is a VEVO check?
VEVO is Visa Entitlement Verification Online. It’s a service run by the Department of Home Affair’s that allows visa holders to easily prove they are eligible to work in Australia. Simply download the myVEVO app or visit the VEVO website to get your visa entitlement details. You do not need to register to use VEVO.
All you need is your passport or ImmiCard details and 1 of the following reference numbers:
- Transaction Reference Number (TRN)
- Visa Grant Number
- Visa Evidence Number (online only, not available in the myVEVO app).
