Ticket Validity

2020 tickets are automatically valid for 2022 and you do not need to do anything further if you wish to go to the festival in 2022.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If you do not initiate contact before Thursday 4th March 2021, a refund cannot be processed in accordance with GTM terms and conditions.

If you purchased a Groovin the Moo 2020 ticket from Universal Store, starting Friday 5th of February 2021, please follow these steps to receive a refund;

  1. Locate your physical GTM ticket/s.
  2. Call our Help team on 1300 553 520.
  3. Inform the Help team of your GTM ticket venue, ticket number, your name, phone number & proof of purchase.
  4. Our Help team will locate your Ticket information and log your return.
  5. Our Help team will send a postage label for you to send your physical GTM ticket/s back.
  6. Our Help team will then process your refund.

Please allow 10-15 business days for your returning ticket to arrive back to us. We'll endeavor to process your return within 48 hours. Please keep an eye on your emails for updates. The HELP team will be in contact to confirm the processing of your refund.
