FREE SHIPPING ON ALL AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
We’ll shout you eParcel delivery via our trusty partners Australia Post. eParcel delivery takes 1 to 5 business days (orders originate in Brisbane QLD). We’ll email you a tracking number when we ship your order so you can track it on the Australia Post website.

EXPRESS SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE ON AUSTRALIAN ORDERS FOR $5 FLAT OR FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $74.95.
That’s Express Post eParcel with Australia Post's guaranteed next business day delivery within the Express Post Network. Track it on the Australia Post website. Orders must be placed before 12.30pm AEST for same day dispatch.
What if I am not home when the order is delivered?
We want to ensure your parcel will arrive in great condition and securely so if you are not at home when your package arrives, Australia Post will leave a card with a unique barcode which you just need to take to the nominated Australia Post branch and pick it up.
Universal Store offers international shipping on selected brands.
Shipping is a flat rate of $20 to New Zealand and $40 to all other international destinations. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
Prices do not include relevant overseas custom duties and/or other taxes that you may incur. Universal Store cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.
Approximate time for delivery for international orders is 8-10 working days.
Unfortunately we can’t ship to some countries.
If you are spoiling yourself and have ordered several items, part deliveries may be necessary. Our Help team will make all reasonable attempts to notify you using the details you provide, please make sure all your contact details are correct.
In the unlikely event your parcel has arrived in an unsatisfactory condition contact Help via Live Chat, email or on 1300 553 520 ASAP. We will launch an investigation with at Aus Post, at the most it may take up to 10 business days for Aus Post to complete the investigation. If they can provide a Proof of Delivery Certificate, Universal Store cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.
We aim to make sure that your order reaches you safely and securely. In some cases an order may be delayed due to our Fraud Protection Process. Our Help team will notify you straight away if your order requires investigation (please make sure that your contact details are correct). Orders under investigation will be dispatched as soon as the credit card holder’s identity is verified.
