Universal Store Returns Policy - Australian Orders

Shopping with Universal Store is hassle-free.

If you receive anything that you are unhappy with for any reason, we'll provide you with an exchange or refund within 40 days from purchase. All you need is:

-   your receipt
-   the product in its original condition - not worn, washed or altered and with its tags attached and its original packaging.

Universal Store Returns Process

You can return your items by:

-   visiting any Universal Store across Australia, or
-   printing and filling out our step-by-step Returns Form and sending the items back to us by post. The more accurate and complete your Returns Form is, the faster we can process it. The Returns address label is on the Returns Form. Here it is again (just in case):

Faulty Returns - Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and send the goods on to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will then issue a refund or repair the goods. We aim to have your refund processed within 24 hours of receiving; however some faults must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case we will keep you informed. Please allow approximately two weeks for the processing of your faulty return once received.

If a product is deemed faulty, we will gladly reimburse the return shipping up to a total of $10.00 provided you include the receipt for the return shipping with the product. Returns Terms and Conditions

Universal Store returns department operates Monday to Friday. Once your order is received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 business hours. We will contact you when your transaction is being processed.

Please note that NO Returns or Exchanges can be made in person at the warehouse. Please contact customer service if you have special requirements regarding this.

Universal Store cannot accept COD deliveries.

Please note that if you need to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned to Universal Store in the original unmarked packaging and in good condition. If the items are being posted back, please ensure you pack them inside a satchel and do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange or refund the goods.

For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest insured registered post as Universal Store is not liable for lost return parcels. 

Due to hygiene reasons, Universal Store is not able to exchange or refund underwear or earrings.

Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached. Please note that all swimwear that is sold in a set must be returned in a set.

 Universal Store Returns Policy - International Orders

Please note that we do not currently offer exchanges for international customers. We do offer refunds on faulty products only via your original method of payment provided all of our Refund Policy conditions are met.
